Hello, I am Katie. Welcome to my site, I am so glad you are here.
I like to think of this as a safe place to share what I love: cooking/eating delicious, healthy food, and living an active, healthy lifestyle.
I used to be one of the most unhealthy eaters out there. Always active, but my diet was terrible. After changing my ways, I dropped 35 lbs and have kept it off for 9 years. My energy is high, my body is strong, my mind is sharp, I am happier, my quality of life is high, and my zest for life is increased.
I hope you can take these recipes and let them add to your life the way they do to mine. Explore around. Use them as a starting point and get creative.
