This is my "Quarantine Project."

I am a terrible seamstress and in the middle of a move, so I didn't get on the mask making project. I feel terrible. I wanted to. But trying to stage a house, keep it spotless (with a 4.5 year old and a 1.5 year old) at a moment's notice for showings, inspections, appraisers, and walk throughs by the buyers, I decided mask making was too much for me. So I dreamed up this little project. I finished it in early April, but it then took me almost a month to get it framed and hung in my kids' playroom. When I posted in on Instagram, a lot of people expressed interest in wanting one. So.....I talked to artist friends about how and where to make prints and then that took a couple weeks because....COVID....but I got the print and now I am ready to share it with the world. You can find it one Etsy here.

This is a great piece for a child's bedroom or playroom or your room. I am going to use it as a bucket list of places I want to take my children. My 4.5 year old has been to 10 and I have been to 24. So...we've got some adventures to do.
I also just finished an Idaho one commissioned by a few friends and am going to get started on a Virginia one tomorrow. So, if you live in another state, contact me and let me know what state you want and I would be glad to make it. You can even give me a list of places you want included. I usually start with any National Parks/Monuments/etc. then move onto State Parks, then I just start googling mountains, lakes, rivers, etc. The letters J, K, Q, U, V, X, Y, and Z are usually tough ones. It is like people got sick of naming things by the time they came to the end of the alphabet and just didn't use those letters...and there aren't a lot of J and K words. I was commenting about that and my husband said, "Yeah, why do you think those letters are worth so much in Scrabble?" Thanks babe.
Again, here is a link to my etsy shop where the Utah ABC is available and the Idaho one will be available as soon as I have access to a scanner....I packed mine already.
