At Home HIIT Workout

I am recovering from my marathon on Saturday. I was wanting to go on a nice easy run, but baby boy needed to nap. So I made the most of my time and created this workout. I am not going to say much, I hope you enjoy this. I did. (I watch Agents of Shield while I did it.)
