Welcome to my sight. I am so glad you are here. I hope to share my love of cooking and enjoying healthy, simple, easy to make, delicious food with you.
I have decided to start out my with my first post being something everybody loves...banana bread. This is a simple no yeast bread that takes a few minutes to whip up and you can be enjoying it after a quick one hour bake time.

Ingredients
*1/2 c Coconut Oil
3 Bananas, mashed

2 T Flaxseed Mill
6 T Water
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 c Whole Wheat Flour (can use All Purpose)
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
**1/3 c of any of the following: Honey, Agave, Molasses, or Pure Maple Syrup
*You can also do 1/2 c Apple Sauce or 1/4 c Coconut Oil and 1/4 c Apple Sauce
**I like to do a mixture of a couple different sweeteners for a richer taste

Baking Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Mash bananas with a fork.
3. Combine flaxseed mill with 6 T water and set aside.
4. Combine bananas, coil, baking soda dissolved in water, flax mixture, and vanilla and stir well to combine.
5. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
6. Add sweetener/s of choice until you reach your desired taste
7. Grease a bread pan and pour batter into pan and bake for 60 minutes until browned, firm, and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool.
9. Enjoy
