Snowed in HIIT

It finally started to be winter in Utah. It is about time. Considering December starts in 2 days and the ski resorts are just barely getting opened. Global warming is real. Anyway, it started snowing at around 4:30 am yesterday and it didn't stop until around 7:00 pm. We got a LOT of snow. 36 inches at Alta Ski Area (that is where I ski and I love it so much). After work, I probably had 3-4 inches on my car. I guess this storm is making up for lost time. It is supposed to keep snowing throughout the week.
With that said, running in the snow is fine. I actually like it. However, pushing a stroller in the snow is a whole different ballgame. That is why I created this "snowed in HIIT" You will be hot and sweaty by the end, no matter how cold it is outside.
