Cooky Carrot Smoothie and Bowl


This recipe can be a super thick smoothie, or just add more almond milk, or a bowl. Both ways are tasty. My son wanted a smoothie and I wanted a bowl, so we both got what we wanted.


I don't have much to say, mostly because I an watching the final of the Great British Baking Show while I type. (Baby is asleep and four year old is at a friend's house and I am sick of cleaning my house a trillion times and so I am sitting, and typing, and watching The Great British Baking Show. No regrets. I've swept my floor four times today, babysat, gone a a run, made breakfast and lunch. I feel okay about it. But I have to go, they are about to announce the winner.....



Ingredients

1 large carrot

1/2 cucumber, peeled

1 c frozen grapes

1/4 c frozen peach puree

1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

1.2 c almond milk or water


Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in high power blender and blend until smooth.

2. Serve as a smoothie or top with some granola.

3. ENJOY
