Apple Pie Steel Cut Oats

This is the same recipe that I used for my original recipe here. However, this recipe is in my instant pot, cutting cook time to a fraction. It is seriously so awesome. No stirring. Nothing. You stick it in, turn it on, forget about it and it is done. No sticking. No burning. Easy clean up. It is a dream. And my husband who only likes oatmeal when training, racing, or camping (sick of it from when we were so so SO poor) really liked it. I felt like such a winner. The toddler loved it, the husband loved it, I loved it, it took zero work. #winning all the way.
*This amount fed two adults and one toddler who eats as much as I do. So it will easily feed three adults.

Ingredients
1 c Steel Cut Oats
3 c Water
1 Golden Delicious Apple
Cinnamon, to taste
Agave Nectar, to taste
Chia Seeds
Nut Butter of choice
Directions
1. Combine oats and water in instant pot/pressure cooker and pressure cook 1 minute and let release naturally. 2. Meanwhile, chop up a golden delicious apple and sprinkle it with cinnamon and agave.
3. Once oats are done, spoon into bowls and top with apples, chia seeds and nut butter. 4. ENJOY.
