Super Sweaty At Home HIIT Routine


Here is great 1 hour at home HIIT routine. I soaked my carpet in sweat, no joke. I love this one because it is easy to break up so I can break to throw in a load of laundry or play with my son, let the dog out, etc. It is great for nap time or while baby boy cruises around and plays. Sometimes I use him as a weight or take a break to play and get back into it. No matter if you break it up or power through the entire thing, you will be wiping sweat off the floor. I hope you enjoy this workout as much as I did. (That means you'll hate it in the moment, but love it once you are done.)
