Super HIIT Workout

I won't lie. When I do HIIT workouts I HIIT it hard. I like to take several HIIT workouts I have saved on Pinterest and combine them into one EPIC workout. Usually lasts about an hour and if I wasn't working out on carpet, the floor would be wet with my sweat.
So let's get straight to it. This is 100% body weight workout. All you need is your body, some water, a computer (to watch a video), and a timer. You can use your phone, your watch, or I simply go to timer-tab.com and pull up a big timer on my computer screen.
So let's get working. I hope you enjoy it, which means in the moment you will hate it, you will be sore tomorrow, but you'll thank me, I promise.
