Peaches and Cream Smoothie

I love summer because delicious produce is in such abundance and it is cheap. And because of that, my smoothie variety really kicks it up a notch. (In the winter, they get pretty routine). Here is a new creation that is great after a workout or if you want a bit more of a substantial smoothie to go along with your breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients
1 peach, pitted
1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use the Sprouts brand)
1 large leaf of kale, washed
1 large carrot, washed
1/2 c water (more if you like a thinner smoothie)
chia seeds
3-5 cubes of ice
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth.
2. ENJOY
