1 hour Cardio and Strength


This was hard.

My carpet had wet spots from my sweat. (Nasty but awesome at the same time.)

Having a toddler dancing to my workout music and climbing on me helped me get through it.

This workout is a compilation of 5 workouts I found on Pinterest. Alone, they are not enough. But woven together like this, kicked my trash. It was awesome. And it sucked. But I always know that when a workout sucks, it's worth it because I am pushing myself and getting stronger.

WARM UP​

I did this one time through just to get my body warm. Here are the times I used:

90 sec jump rope, 30 sec high knees, 30 sec jumping jacks, 30 sec mountain climbers, 30 sec criss cross crunches, 30 sec standing side crunch, 30 sec side lunges, 45 sec squat kickback, 15 sec hip circles/direction, 30 sec bent over twists.


WORKOUT

I did this one exactly how it says to. 3 sets of 15/exercise


Next was this little beauty. 5x through


I only did this one 2 times through


Finished with this bad boy. Yes. Do it 7 times.
