Paradise Parfait and Bowl


I admit it. I'm obsessed. I have moved from a green smoothie every day to a smoothie bowl every day. And now, I am seriously loving parfaits. This summer has been so hot and I just need something refreshing but filling every day. And these two things fit the bill. I made the bowl for my husband and the parfait for myself. Both were really delicious and I kind of wish I could have eaten both of them. They are both SO GOOD.


Ingredients

1.5-2 c fresh pineapple

1/2 mango, peeled

1 large kale leaf

1/2 cucumber, peeled

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

**I used Orgain Oragnic Protein and Superfoods**

2 T Flax Seed Mill

1/4 c Non-dairy Milk of choice

10 Ice Cubes

Topping Suggestions

Chia Seeds

Mango

Banana

Walnuts

Shredded Coconut

Granola

Directions

1. Combine everything and blend until smooth and thick


Paradise Parfait


Ingredients

Chia pudding

-2 T Chia Seeds

-1/2 c Almond Milk

-1 T Maple Syrup

Pineapple Paradise Smoothie Bowl

Homemade Granola

Banana

Almond Butter

Directions

1. Combine Chia Pudding ingredients, stir and set in the fridge for 10 minutes.

2. Stir again, and let sit 30-60 minutes

3. Pour chia pudding into a mason jar, top with pineapple paradise smoothie bowl, granola, sliced bananas, and almond butter.
