You know you are a runner when....
a. Running less than 6 miles isn't considered a workout
b. Rain and cold weather get you down because the stroller is a no go
c. You plan vacations around cool places to run
d. The only new clothes you buy are running shoes
e. ALL OF THE ABOVE
Utah is notorious for having 2 seasons. Summer and winter with 2 weeks for spring and fall between the two. This year it surpassed itself. I left 90 degree weather (in mid September) to go to Yosemite and came back to snow in the mountains and fall in full bloom (which usually means it is almost over...)
That is an adjustment.
Because of that quick switch, I had to switch up my workout the other day.
We were running. Then boom, rain. So we had to get the little one home. What to do? I needed to finish my workout. So, I found this quick little beauty on Pinterest. Put them together, 30 minute run + 20 minute HIIT = great workout.
So here's how you do it. Run 4 miles, then do this full circuit 2x. That's it. Enjoy.
