Green Goddess Smoothie

Tis the season to be jolly. What says Christmas more than a 110% pure green smoothie? It's green. Green = Christmas right? Okay, maybe I am pushing it just a little bit, but I had to try right?

You guys all know how much I love smoothies. I love them enough that while I was in Mesa over the weekend, I made one in a giant bowl using an immersion blender because my father-in-law didn't own a blender. Guess I should have checked before I bought all the ingredients. I would have just gone and bought a smoothie instead. But nevertheless, I prevailed. It was thick and kind of chunky, but it tasted good and that is all that matters. Needless to say, I was dreaming of this goddess in a glass while I gulped it down and spoon fed it to my one year old. So check it out, it's a tasty one.

*Increase the protein powder amount and this a great post workout snack to refuel your body*
